titleOfInvention Oxyimino derivative of thiazole, its preparation and use in therapy
abstract As new industrial product, oxyimino derivatives of thiazole, namely:n (a) the E and Z diastereoisomers of formula n<IMAGE>n in which R1 denotes H, F, Cl, Br, CF3 or CH3; and R2 denotes a C1-C10 alkyl group, a benzyl group of formula CH2C6H2(R3)3 where each group R3, which is identical or different, denotes H, F, Cl, Br, CF3, a C1-C4 alkyl group or a C1-C4 alkoxy group, a CH2COOR4 group, where R4 denotes H, a C1-C4 alkyl group or the ammonium group NH4<+>, a CH2COO1/m M group where M is an alkali metal or alkaline-earth metal and m its valency, or a 2-aminoethyl group of formula CH2CH2NR5R6 where each of R5 and R6, which may be identical or different, denotes H or a C1-C4 alkyl group, it being possible for R5 and R6 considered together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded to form an N-heterocyclic group of 5 to 7 vertices, capable of including a second heteroatom chosen from N, O and S and capable of being substituted, it being also possible for R2 to denote the hydrogen atom when R1 is other than H, and mixtures of the said E and Z isomers; and n<??>(b) the addition salts of the said E and Z isomers and of their mixtures. n<??>These new derivatives and the compound formula I where R1 = R2 = H are useful in therapeutics as anticonvulsive agents.
