| abstract | PURPOSE: To maintain the inside of equipment, etc., for a liquid treatment in the state of suppressing propagation of live bacteria, microorganisms, etc., over a long period of time by providing an antibacterial property to the contact surfaces with the liquid. n CONSTITUTION: Various mechanical elements for the liquid treatments, such as respective treatment devices 1, 3, a primary pure water tank 2, respective pipings 6, 7, pumps P 1 WP 3 , and joints, various valves and bolts for joining interposed in the pipings 4, 6, 7 are made of plastic and are produced by compounding an inorg. antibacterial agent into pellets contg. raw materials for PVC piping materials, plastic, plasticizers, and stabilizers prior to molding by which the antibacterial property is imparted to the contact surfaces thereof with the pure water. As a result, the pure water come into contact with the inside surfaces of the pipings, 4, 6, 7 and the tanks 1C, 2 at all times as the treatments such as carrying and storing of the pure water are executed by the pure water treatment equipment, by which the live bacteria and microorganisms in the pure water are exterminated and the propagation thereof is suppressed.
