abstract PURPOSE: To provide the present preparation having a high permeative absorbency of the drug to keratin and oral cavity mucosa, by compounding dithiothreitol, ascorbic acid (salt), etc., as an absorption accelerating agent. n CONSTITUTION: At least one kind of dithiothreitol, ascorbic acid or a salt thereof, glutathione and cysteamine (particularly preferably dithiothreitol or sodium ascorbate) is compounded as an absorption accelerating agent. The compounding amount of the accelerating agent is a range of 0.8W5wt.%, especially 1W3wt.%, in the case of the dithiothreitol and 4W10wt.%, particularly 5W8wt.%, in the case of the sodium ascorbate based on the total amount of the preparation. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
