titleOfInvention Conductive heat resistant colored paste for color filter
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a colored paste for color filters which is electrically conductive and resistant to heat and has excellent transparency by incorporating fine powder of a semiconductor metal having ≤0.1μ average particle size at 5W60pts. wt. and a coloring agent at 2W40pts.wt. into the precursor polymer of a polyimide org. high polymer. n CONSTITUTION: This colored paste contains the fine powder of the semiconductor metal having ≤0.1μ average particle size at 5W60pts.wt. in solid content and the coloring agent at 2W40pts.wt. in the polymer of the polyimide org. high polymer. The fine powder of the semiconductor metal is exemplified by the fine powder consisting of tin oxide and antimony oxide, the fine powder consisting of indium oxide and in oxide, the fine powder consisting of cadmium oxide and tin oxide, etc. These fine powders can be used alone or in the form of a fine powder mixture. An org. pigment is preferable in terms of light resistance and spectral characteristic as the coloring agent to be used. The resistance value of transparent electrodes is thereby lowered. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
