abstract | NEW MATERIAL: The compound of the formula (R is 1-10C saturated C chain; Vi is vinyl). n EXAMPLE: 1,2-Bis(trivinylsilyl)ethane. n USE: Cross-linking organopolysilane polymer cross-linking agents. n PROCESS: For example, the compound of formula is obtained by allowing vinylmagnesiumbromide to react with chlorosilane in the mol ratio of approximately 6:1, removing the solvent thereof under reduced pressure, washing the residue by hexan and then removing hexan under reduced pressure. Further, a reaction mixture is obtained by dissolving the compound with an organopolysilane polymer and a chemical radical starting agent in a solvent and then removing the solvent thereof under reduced pressure.
