PURPOSE:To obtain the title fluid having flow viscosity and excellent traction properties in a wide range from low to high temperatures, containing hydrogenated oligomers (>=tri-) of cyclic monoterpenoids. CONSTITUTION:Usually 0.1-90wt.% (preferably 2-60wt.%) hydrogenated tri- or polymers of preferably cyclic monoterpenoids consisting of menthadienes, pinenes or bicyclo [2,2,1] heptanes is used to afford the aimed fluid. The said hydrogenated oligomer is usually one of the trimer-decamer or mixture thereof. |
