titleOfInvention | Sealing method for skin core material integral foam molding |
abstract | PURPOSE:To prevent a urethane raw material well from leaking and mold an integral foam molded product without flashes or defective cavity by spraying a urethane raw material into a sealing section of a foam molding die in which a skin and a core material are set and functioning urethane foam generated therein as a sealing material. CONSTITUTION:A skin 2 slush molded from vinylchloride as a raw material is placed in a bottom force 1 of a foam molding die, while a core material 4 composed of acrylnitrilstyrene resin mixed with glass fibers as a reinforcing material and injection molded is set with a fixing pin or the like in the top force 3. Then, a mixed liquid constituted of polyether polyol, a crosslinking agent, a foaming agent, catalysts and the like is prepared as liquid A, and methylene diisocyanate solution as liquid B, and the mixture of said liquid A and liquid B is sprayed into a sealing section 6, a product cavity peripheral section and a site where cavity is easily generated by the generation of flashes, by means of two-pack type spray machine 7. Then, a urethane raw material 5a is injected into the cavity, and the top force 3 is closed, heated, if necessary, foamed and cured for several minutes. |
