titleOfInvention | Preparation of peptide |
abstract | PURPOSE: To industrially and advantageously obtain a peptide for improvement of thymus gland function by allowing the reactant of ε-amino protecting L-LYS with α-amino protecting SAR activator to react with the reactant of L-GLN-NH 2 with α-amino protecting SAR activator. n CONSTITUTION: The fragment of formula I (Z and Z' are each an amino- protecting group) is obtained by allowing sarcosine which the amino group is protected by the protecting group Z and the carboxyl group is activated against nucleophillc attack with L-lysine with the ε-amino group is protected by the protecting group Z'. The fragment II of formula II is obtained by allowing sarcosine in which the amino group is protected and the carboxyl group is activated to react with L-glutamineamide prepared by removal of the amino-protecting group and then eliminating the protecting group. The tetrapeptide is obtained by allowing the fragment I to combine with the fragment II, eliminating the protecting group and purifing thereof. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO |
