titleOfInvention | Quick-setting cement composition for spraying method |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain the title cement composition having excellent quick-setting performance, workability, adhesion, etc., by adding a powdery additive consisting essentially of an organic carboxylic acid in kneading cement with water and an aggregate and then adding a liquid accelerating agent consisting essentially of an alkali aluminate to the kneaded material. n CONSTITUTION: In preparing a kneaded material by blending cement with water and an aggregate, a powder additive comprising an organic carboxylic acid (salt) (e.g., sodium citrate), calcium hydroxide, an alkali metallic carbonate and (or) alkali metallic hydroxide is added to the kneaded material. Then the prepared kneaded hydrocarbon is incorporated with an alkali aluminate (e.g., potassium aluminate) or the alkali aluminate and an alkali carbonate (e.g., potassium carbonate) to produce a quick-setting composition for spray method. The composition shows excellent quick-setting properties in both initial period and final stage of setting, has excellent adhesion and slight peeling. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio |
