titleOfInvention Manufacture of window for vehicle
abstract PURPOSE:To manufacture a window for a vehicle having neither damage to a glass plate nor defects of a frame by a simple process by pouring liquidlike synthetic resin in a molding space into which the plate is inserted, curing it by high-frequency heating to mold the frame. CONSTITUTION:Liquidlike synthetic resin 19 having large induction loss, such as vinyl chloride sol or the like containing foaming agent is injected through an inlet 18 into a molding space 16, and air and the partial synthetic resin are discharged from a discharge hole formed at a position on an opposite diagonal line to that of the inlet 18 of a movable mold 14. The poured synthetic resin is filled in the space 16 so as to cover an adhesive layer 9 formed on the peripheral edge of a glass plate 1 and a retainer from three directions, thereby forming the shape of a frame 3. When a high frequency voltage E is applied to the part corresponding to the space 16 from outside of a stationary mold 11 and the movable mold 14, it is heated to be cured, thereby molding the frame 3 since the dielectric losses of the molds 11, 14 are small and the liquidlike synthetic resin layer 13 and liquidlike synthetic resin 19 have large induction loss.
