abstract PURPOSE: To provide flame retardant effect having excellent reappearance to polyester based fiber material without causing discoloration phenomenon of fiber to be dyed, by treating the fiber with halogen based flame retardant dispersed using a specific emulsion. n CONSTITUTION: 1W10wt.% compound expressed by formula I or formula II (R is allylphenol residue having 2W6 benzene ring, alkylallyl phenol residue having 1W12C alkyl and 2W6 benzene ring or formalin or acetaldehyde condensation group of the above-mentioned residue: l is 1W200; m is 0 or 1W100; M is K, Na, etc., or alkyl amine or alkanol amine having ≤5C alkyl or alkanol group) is added to a halogen based flame-retardant to emulsify the flame retardant and provide a flameproofing agent having excellent disperse stability. The flameproofing agent liquid emulsified with the above-mentioned compound is uniformly bonded to a polyester fiber and flame-retardant effect having excellent reappearance can be obtained. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
