titleOfInvention | Chemiluminescence type gas analyzer |
abstract | PURPOSE: To eliminate the influence of dark current and to make stable analysis without generating zero drift by supplying ozone and gas without contg. ozone alternately at a specified period to reaction vessels. n CONSTITUTION: An ozone source line 10 is branched into an air line 31 and an ozone line 32 and a rotary valve 33 is commonly provided on the two reaction vessels 11, 12. Fluid modulation is effected by supplying the air A and ozone Z flowing respectively in an air line 31 and an ozone line 32 alternately at a specified period to the reaction vessels 11, 12 through a rotary valve 33. The influence of the dark current is then eliminated and the stable analysis is executable without generating zero drift. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio |
