abstract |
PURPOSE: To receive a large deformation without tearing to broken chips without permanent deformation of a molded complex material by combining an epoxy prepreg with a polyurethane foam and forming an adhesive laminate by cooperating with a reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION: A laminate having a first reinforcing material 12 and a first semirigid reinforcing textile sheet 6 impregnated with a solventless, non-tacky epoxy resin is disposed on one surface of a mold 1 closed by a cover. Then, the cover 2 of the mold 1 is closed, and a space of a volume corresponding to a core material formed together with the laminate is formed. Thereafter, a mixture of two element polyhydric alcohols of polyurethane foam and isocyanate is poured in the space. This mixture is expanded, adhered to the reinforcing textile sheet, cured by an exothermic reaction, and adhesive properties and laminar properties of the reinforcing textile sheet are developed in the process. Finally, the manufactured product is cooled to obtain a complex material having springiness. |
