titleOfInvention Production of antistatic, moisture-permeative and waterproof cloth
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a waterproof cloth combinedly having flexibility, antistatic property, moisture permeability and waterproof property by covering the surface layer obtained by thinning a one-pack type moisture permeating polyurethane resin containing an electroconductive material with a specific resin composition and pasting together cloths. n CONSTITUTION: An adhered layer is formed by applying a one-pack type moisture-permeative polyurethane resin containing an electroconductive material (e.g. carbon black or a metal powder) to a polypropylene coating paper, etc., making to a thin film to form a surface skin layer, covering the film with a resin composition comprising a two-pack type polyether polyol-modified polyurethane resin, a melamine derivative, an organic polyisocyanate and a crosslinking catalyst, then drying. Then, cloths preferably composed of polyester- based fibers are pasted together and heat-pressed with a heating roll to obtain the antistatic moisture-permeative waterproof cloth. The cloth has excellent adhesiveness and is suitable for a specific environmental cloth required for an antistatic property. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO
