abstract | PURPOSE:To disperse a water insoluble substance steadily in water without an increase in viscosity of a dispersoid by adding oil and fat containing an emulsifying surface active agent in a production of an aqueous dispersoid of a pigment, resin powder, etc. CONSTITUTION:Oil and fat containing a surfactant such as polyoxyethylenealkyl phenyl ether are added to an aqueous dispersoid of a pigment, resin powder, etc., to stabilize an aqueous dispersoid of a paint, lubricant, etc. An addition amount of the fats and oils containing an emulsifying surface active agent is specified ordinarily in a range of 0.01-10% of the aqueous dispersoid, and an addition ratio of the emulsifier to the fats and oils is specified in a range of 0.5-50%. By using this method, it is possible to disperse a water insoluble substance such as a pigment, resin powder, etc., in an aqueous dispersion medi um steadily without an increase in viscosity of the dispersoid. |
