titleOfInvention Stabilized chromogen reagent
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain a stabilized chromogen reagent which is used in enzyme immunoassay stably for a long period of time simply, by adding a chromogen to a citrate or tartarate buffer solution of a specific pH. n CONSTITUTION: 2,2'-Azino-di-(3-ethylbenzthiazolinsulfonic acid) or 3,3',5,5'- tetramethylbenzidine are added to a citrate or tartarate buffer solution of 3.2W5.0pH and 50W, 500mM concentration so that the concentration becomes 0.5W5mM or 0.1W, 0.5mM, respectively, and mixed to prepare a stabilized chromogen reagent. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
