titleOfInvention Transparent, heat-resistant, conductive coating agent composition
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition which can give, e.g., an oriented film of a liquid crystal element excellent in transparency, conductivity and heat resistance and capable of giving a clear display and a quick response, by dispersing a specified fine powder of a semiconductive metal oxide in a precursor polymer of a polyimide organic polymer. n CONSTITUTION: A tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (a) (e.g., 3,4,3',4'- diphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride) is reacted with 1mol, per mol of component (a), of a diamine (B) (e.g., 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether) at 80°C or below in an anhydrous condition in a solvent (e.g., N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone) to obtain a precursor polymer (A) of a polyimide organic polymer, comprising a varnish of a polyamic acid. 20W90 pts.wt. fine powder of a semiconductive metal oxide (B) of a mean particle diameter ≤0.5μ (e.g., a fine powder comprising SnO 2 and Sb 2 O 3 ) is dispersed in 10W80 pts.wt. component A and is optionally diluted with 180W20000 pts.wt. solvent (e.g., N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
