titleOfInvention | Examination agent for pathogen of periodontosis |
abstract | PURPOSE: To obtain an examination agent capable of indirectly, easily and quickly detecting pathogen of periodontosis, by adding a thiol compound and diisopropylfluorophosphoric acid to a substrate composed of a specific compound. n CONSTITUTION: The objective examination agent for the detection of pathogen of periodontosis by determining the activity of a peptidase-like enzyme in a specimen is produced by adding a thiol compound and a diisoprophlfluorophoshporic acid to a compound of formula (Arg is arginine residue; X is protecting group for amino acid having phenyl skeleton; Y is chromophore bonded to the C-terminal of arginine residue) as a substrate for the enzyme. The thiol compound is preferably selected from cysteine, dithiothreitol and mercaptoethanol. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio |
