titleOfInvention Method and kit for measuring anti-dna antibody valence in biological liquid
abstract PURPOSE: To manufacture a large number of measurement kits with a constant quality and at the same time sully a standard substance with less error among lots, by using monochronal antibody to DNA as the standard substance. n CONSTITUTION: A DNA tracer as an antigen and a standard substance that can be bound to the DNA are used and monochronal antibody to the DNA is used as the standard substance. There are many monochronal antibodies to one-chain DNA for the monochronal antibody to the DNA but a monochronal antibody with a binding capacity for a double-chain DNA made from mouse- origin hybridoma is used here. In the case of the radio radioimmunoassay method using 125 I-DMA, 50% saturation ammonium sulfate salting-out method for separating a liberated tracer that is not bound to an antibody from a tracer being bound to an antibody is generally used. However, in this method, mouse monochronal anti-DNA antibody is subjected to salting-out by 0% saturation ammonium sulfate as in an antibody in the blood of an SLE(Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) patent so that it can be utilized as the standard substance. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO
