PURPOSE: To obtain a monoclonal antibody of a mammal directed to a lipid A-core part in an endogenous toxin of various Gram-negative bacteria by using specific complete lipopolysaccharides as an antigen acting on immunization of an immunological competitive cell. n CONSTITUTION: Complete lipopolysaccharides of a Gram-negative bacterium in which a lipid A-core part is extracted are used as an antigen acting on the immunization of an immunological competitive cell. The complete lipopolysaccharides are preferably obtained from bacteria of the strains belonging to the genus Echerichia, Klebsiella, Pseudomonas, Enterobacter, Bacteroides, Serratia or Proteus. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO |
