titleOfInvention | Crosslinked polymer molded product, production thereof and combination of reactive solutions |
abstract | PURPOSE:To provide the subject molded product containing a small amount of residual monomers, by mixing a metathesis polymerization catalyst component-containing monomer solution with a polymerization catalyst activating agent-containing monomer solution, pouring the mixture into a mold and polymerizing the poured mixture in the presence of a halogenated phosphorus compound. CONSTITUTION:A combination of (A) a metathesis polymerizable monomer (e.g., dicyclopentadiene) reactive solution containing a metathesis polymerization catalyst series catalyst component (e.g., tungsten hexachloride) and (B) a metathesis polymerizable monomer reactive solution containing a metathesis polymerization catalyst series activating agent component (e.g., trioctyl aluminum) is mixed. The produced mixture is poured into a mold in the coexistence of >=one kind of halogenated phosphorus compounds having at least one halogen-phosphorus bond (e.g., dichlorophenylphosphine) and subsequently polymerized to provide the objective crosslinked polymer molded product. |
