abstract NEW MATERIAL: A compd. expressed by formula I [A is a group of formula II (one of CH in respective position of (a) to (d) may be substd. with N; R 3 is H, an alkyl, alkoxy, etc.), a group of formula III (Z 1 is NH, O, etc.), formula IV ((n) is 1 to 3), etc.; B is a group of formula V (R 4 is R 3 , etc.), formula IV ((q) is 1, 2), etc.; R 1 is H, an alkyl, R 2 is 1,4-dihydropyridylalkanoyl, R 3 ', etc.], and its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. n EXAMPLE: 8-Fluoro-9-amino-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroacridine. n USE: An Alzheimer's disease therapeutic agent.
