titleOfInvention Cement composition
abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a cement compsn. with which a concrete structure having excellent resilience, adhesiveness and durability is formable by adding a specific ethylene/ternary fatty acid vinyl ester/vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion at a specific ratio to the cement. CONSTITUTION:The ethylene/ternary fatty acid vinyl ester/vinyl acetate copolymer emulsion having the compsn. consisting of 5-30wt.% ethylene, 30-65wt.% ternary fatty acid vinyl ester of 9-11C and 15-55wt.% vinyl acetate is mixed at 40-150pts.wt. as a resin solid component with 100pts.wt. cement such as Portland cement or alumina cement. Aggregates such as mountain sand and river sand and other fillers are mixed with this cement compsn. and the mixture is kneaded with a proper volume of water. The mortar and concrete structure having the excellent bending strength, tensile strength, water tightness, wear resistance, adhesiveness, and durability are thereby formed.
