titleOfInvention Agent for increasing urethral pressure
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain an agent for increasing urethral pressure and usable as a remedy for various dysuria caused by the lowering of urethral pressure, by using a β 2 stimulant as an active component. n CONSTITUTION: The objective agent contains, as an active component, a β 2 stimulant widely used as a remedy for asthma, preferably a drug having high β 2 selectivity and acting over a long period (e.g. clenbuterol hydrochloride, salbutamol or terbutaline). The agent is administered according to the normal dose and administration method of the component used as a remedy for asthma. It is necessary to administer for 1W2 weeks to get the effect. The agent can be used as a remedy for various dysuria caused by the lowering of urethral pressure accompanying to nervous disorder, weakened supporting tissue for urethra or non-suppressive contraction (e.g. neural pollakiuria, incontinence of urine caused by abdominal pressure or nocturnal enuresis). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
