titleOfInvention Oxide ceramic superconducting fiber
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain uniform and high-intensity oxide ceramic superconducting fibers with the diameter of 1000μm or below by using the fiber spinning technique and the ceramic molding technique. n CONSTITUTION: A material containing (La, Ba) 2 CuO 4 or expressed by a general formula LnBa 2 Cu 3 O 7-x (where Ln is one kind of Y, Lu, Yb, Tm, Er, Ho, Dy, Gd, Eu, Sm and 0<x≤0.5) or containing Ln, Ba, Cu in Y 2 O 3 , Y(NO 3 ) 2 or the like, BaCO 3 , Ba(NO 3 ) 2 or the like, and CuO, Cu(NO 3 ) 2 or the like is used. The oxide superconductor powder of the oxide superconductor material powder generated by heating is pulverized to the diameter of 0.2μm or below, it is dispersed in polyvinyl alcohol copolymer or the like and spun into fibers and baked to remove polymer. The diameter of the fibers is set to 1000μm or below, most preferably to 100μm or below. An oxide ceramic superconducting fibers with the critical temperature of 35K or above and the critical current of 1A/cm or above in the nonmagnetic field is obtained according to this constitution. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
