abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of fastening function due to a foaming material attached to the fastening part of a face fastener, by exposing the surface of the mold face side of a metallic magnetic object at the both end or the periphery of the fastener, sealing between the periphery of the face fastener and the mold face by means of a attraction-adhesion of the exposed part to a magnet part and expanding the foaming material in a mold. CONSTITUTION:A face fastener 26 fitted on a mold face 16 is attached on the mold face 16 by means of a metallic magnetic object 30 attracted by a magnet 18 on the mold face. In the periphery of the face fastener 26, in particular, because the exposed metallic magnetic object 30 contacts directly the face mold, the attractive force between the metallic magnetic object 30 and the magnet 18 is very strong, and the surroundings of a recessed part 23 of the face mold are surely sealed with the periphery of the face fastener 26 and the mold face 16. Then, a foaming material 22 such as urethane foam etc., is injected into a cavity 21 of a mold 20, this cavity is closed and the foaming is performed. Therefore, because the foaming material 22 does not intrude into the recessed part 23 of the face mold, the fastening part 28 of the face fastener is not attached to the fastening part of the fastener and the fastening function is not deteriorated.
