titleOfInvention Dry type immune analysis element
abstract PURPOSE: To improve sensitivity with a simple operation by incorporating a water-soluble high-polymer material and an enzyme-antibody conjugate which is the conjugate of the antibody reacting with the ligand in a specimen and enzyme actable on the water-soluble high-polymer material into a water permeable layer. n CONSTITUTION: This dry type immune analysis element by an immune analysis method for measuring the ligand device 1 or ≥2 antigenic determinants in the specimen such as blood (total blood, blood-plasma, serum), lymph, urine, etc., has at least one water permeable layer. Said dry type immune analysis element is formed by incorporating the water-soluble high-polymer material such as starch, amylose, amylopectin or peptide as well as the enzyme-antibody conjugate which is the conjugate of the antibody reacting with the ligand in the specimen such as amylase or dextranase and the enzyme actable on the water-soluble high-polymer material into the water permeable layer which is the uniform layer or porous layer contg. a hydrophilic polymer such as gelatin as a binder. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
