titleOfInvention Method for making tissue preparation
abstract PURPOSE: To reduce treatment time by placing a tissue preparation in a liquid carrier at approximately 10 deg.C or less and exposing it to a microwave releasing source and at the same time preventing the tissue from being damaged due to heating. CONSTITUTION: For example, a tissue preparation is loaded into a container with such solution as ethanol and is exposed to a microwave releasing source and at the same time the increase in solution temperature of the preparation and its surrounding due to a heating device is suppressed. Then, the immobilized tissue preparation is dehydrated rapidly by using micro waves or performing freezing drying and is embedded by the plastic embedding method utilizing microwaves. Then, plastic is loaded into a container with a polymerization solution containing, for example, methyl methacrylate for hardening, the organization sample is cut and adhered to a glass slide as an organization cut piece, and plastic is removed and dipped in a dye dish and is loaded into a microwave oven for dying, the thus reducing the required time for preparation of the tissue.
