titleOfInvention Aqueous coloring substance solution for measuring peroxidase activity
abstract PURPOSE: To increase sensitivity to peroxidase activity, by preparing an aqueous coloring substance solution for enzyme immunoassay using 0.01W0.5wt.% of tetraalkylbenzidine or its salt and adjusting the pH to 1.0W2.5. n CONSTITUTION: An aqueous coloring substance solution for enzyme immunoassay is prepared by adding 0.01W0.5wt.% of a tetraalkylbenzidine such as 3,3',5,5'- tetramethylbenzidine and adjusting the pH to 1.0W2.5. The solution is mixed with an aqueous solution containing a peroxide to prepare a substrate solution containing 0.003W0.15wt.% of tetraalkylbenzidine or its salt and 1W20mM of a peroxide, and having 3.9W4.5pH. The substrate solution is used to determine peroxidase activity. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio
