abstract PURPOSE: To improve storage stability, to prevent corrosion of containers owing to secular change of a composition and to enable manufacturing foamed plastics of high quality by compounding a specific but-3-en-1-ol compd. into this compsn. as a stabilizer. n CONSTITUTION: The composition comprising (A) a chlorofluoroalkane such as trichlorofluoromethane, (B) an amine catalyst for instance, (un)saturated aliphatic amine, alicyclic amine, heterocyclic amine or an amine such as aminoalcohol and/or (C) an amine-based polyol such as a polyether starting from amine, alkanolamine or aromatic amine and having residual OH group is blended with (D) 0.05 to 5 wt.% (toward A component) but-3-en-1-ol of formula (wherein R 1 , R 2 are each H, 1-4C alkyl of straight or branched chane, (substituted)phenyl) as a stabilizer. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO
