titleOfInvention | Manufacture of superconducting film |
abstract | PURPOSE: To form the film of a superconducting material at a high film formation rate by flame-spraying oxide containing copper oxide and superconducting copper to the surface of a substrate and applying heat treatment thereto. n CONSTITUTION: The fine particles of a material having superconducting performance is flame sprayed to the surface of a substrate. Yitrium oxide, strontium oxide, europium oxide and lanthanum oxide are used as oxide containing superconducting copper. And copper oxide and yitrium oxide in the form of fine particles are fed to a flame spraying device, and flame-sprayed to the surface of the substrate, together with plasma. The substrate having a film so formed is subjected to heat treatment at a high temperature and then an ordinary temperature is restored. Thereafter, the substrate is subjected to heat treatment at a low temperature. As a result, the film formed on the surface of the substrate becomes a superconducting film. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio |
