The cationic electrodeposition coating composition comprises a mixture of at least two different emulsions, one of which is an amine-modified epoxy containing a primary amino group or secondary amino group. It is an emulsion (A) of a resin, and the other type is an emulsion (B) of an epoxy compound containing no primary amino group or secondary amino group and containing two or more epoxy groups in one molecule.
