abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a skin cleanser composition that does not require the addition of fine particles having a fine particle size. Another object of the present invention is to provide a skin cleanser composition which can enhance the cleansing effect without irritating the skin, and which can give the skin a dry touch without stickiness after use. [Solution] The skin cleanser composition of the present invention has a fiber diameter in the range of (A) coarse fibers of 10 μm or more, (B) microfibers of 5 μm or more and less than 10 μm, and (C) submicron fibers of 400 nm or more and less than 5 μm.
