[Solution] Acrylic is a copolymer of a monomer mixture consisting of a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer (A) having an alkyl group with 1 to 12 carbon atoms, a monomer (B) having an acidic group, and a monomer (C) having a hydroxyl group.
