titleOfInvention Two-layer structure spun yarn and woven and knitted fabrics
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a two-layer structure spun yarn which can be provided with excellent anti-pilling property and stretchability when made into a woven or knitted fabric. A two-layer structure spun yarn having a core and a sheath in a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the yarn. Both the core and the sheath are formed of short fibers, and the core is made of poly (ethylene). It contains a two-component composite short fiber composed of terephthalate) and poly (trimethylene terephthalate), and contains 20 to 70% by mass of the two-component composite short fiber in a two-layer structure spun yarn, and the following (1) to (3). A two-layer structure spun yarn that satisfies all the characteristic values of. (1) Single yarn tensile strength is 1.0 cN / dtex or more (2) Twist coefficient K is 120 to 180 (3) Hot water dimensional change rate is 4% or more
