titleOfInvention | Silver / germanium alloy plating solution and electrolytic plating method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver plating solution for giving a silver / germanium alloy plating layer, an electrolytic plating method using the plating solution, and an article in which a plating layer containing silver and germanium is formed on a substrate. A silver / germanium alloy plating solution contains 1 to 300 g / L of a conductive salt, a soluble silver compound, and a soluble germanium compound, and has a pH of 10 or more. This silver / germanium alloy plating solution may contain at least one of an alkali metal carbonate and an alkali metal hydroxide as an auxiliary conducting salt. The electrolytic plating method includes a step of forming a plating film on a substrate by using this silver / germanium alloy plating solution. An article in which a plating layer containing silver and germanium is formed on a substrate. [Selection diagram] None |
