titleOfInvention | Non-cyanide replacement gold plating solution and replacement gold plating method |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable non-cyan-based gold plating solution containing monovalent gold (I) ions and to obtain a gold film having little variation in film thickness regardless of the size of the plated area of a base metal. A plating solution and a replacement gold plating method using the replacement gold plating solution are provided. SOLUTION: A non-cyanide gold-plated solution is a gold-plated solution containing monovalent gold (I) ions and 5,5-dimethylhydantoin and having a pH of 6 to 12. The monovalent gold (I) ion may be obtained from a trivalent gold (III) compound by hydantoin or 1-methyl hydantoin. [Selection diagram] None |
