titleOfInvention | Spring probe |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring probe capable of securing a stroke when a load is applied to a spring with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A tubular sleeve 2 having a spring 4 which elastically buffers against a pressure applied up and down and having an upper ground portion is installed so as to cover the spring 4 and can be moved up and down. The spring 4 is a pair of inner springs 41 that are spirally wound around the central axis of the tubular sleeve 2 and a pair of inner springs that are spirally wound and extended from both ends of the outer spring 41. The inner spring 42 is configured to have at least one spring 4 composed of the springs 42 and 42, and the width of the inner spring 42 in the contraction direction is equal to or less than the width of the outer spring 41 and both ends of the outer spring 41 are respectively. The outer spring 41 is formed so as to be gradually narrowed from the start, and the outer spring 41 is formed so that the distance between the outer spring 41 and the outer spring 41 adjacent thereto in the central axis direction is a predetermined distance.
