abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing sheet having a coating layer for receiving ink on at least one surface of a substrate, which is excellent in antibacterial / antiviral property and printability, and has good adhesion between the substrate and the coating layer. To provide a printing sheet having good antistatic performance, less likely to cause problems such as paper jams during printing, and excellent in various properties such as water resistance and weather resistance, and a method for manufacturing the printing sheet. In a continuous phase made of an acrylic polymer, zincpyrythion is 0.40% by mass or more and 2.00% by mass or less, zinc oxide is 0.10% by mass or more and 1.00% by mass or less, and clay is 30% by mass or more. It is a printing sheet characterized by having a coat layer in which 50% by mass or less and calcium carbonate are blended in a ratio of 10% by mass or more and 30% by mass or less.
