abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effervescent cosmetic which is one agent excellent in transdermal absorption performance of carbon dioxide, moisture proofing property, water solubility and economy. SOLUTION: The thickness is 5 mm or less and the hardness is 4 containing at least one organic acid of citric acid, fumaric acid, malic acid and succinic acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate and polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 2000 or more and 8000 or less. It is a molded product of .9N or more and 235.4N or less, and 0.7 parts by weight to 1.5 parts by weight of sodium hydrogen carbonate and 0.08 parts by weight to 0.20 parts by weight of polyethylene glycol with respect to 1 part by weight of organic acid.
