PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cancer therapeutic agent targeting a solid tumor cancer characterized by overexpression of cMet. An anti-cMet antibody drug conjugate (ADC) composed of an anti-cMet antibody (Ab) bound to a monomethyloristatin E (MMAE) drug represented by the following structure. Here, Ab is an IgG antibody, n is 2, and the binding of each MMAE drug to Ab is an ADC via a thioether bond formed with the sulfhydryl group of the cysteine residue. [Selection diagram] None |
