abstract Smoothly shape the corners in a short time. A corner portion shaping device 1 for shaping a corner portion C of an object using a laser beam 4, wherein the corner portion shaping device 1 is relative to the corner portion C in a corner shaping direction at a predetermined speed. Melting generated by the laser beam while moving relative to the laser head 2 that irradiates the corner portion C with the laser beam 4 and the corner portion at a predetermined speed in the corner shaping direction. The corner shaping device 1 includes a gas injection nozzle 3 that injects a high-pressure gas of 0.1 MPa to 2.0 MPa for pulling at least a part of the melt from the object from the pond.
