titleOfInvention Oxidized LDL / β2GPI complex detection method and detection kit
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and rapid detection method of an oxidized LDL / β 2 GPI complex contained in a biological sample and a detection kit used therefor. A test strip for lateral flow assay is used to test strip the oxidized LDL / β 2 GPI complex contained in the sample via a first binding component that binds to the oxidized LDL / β 2 GPI complex. By binding the second binding component containing the label to the oxidized LDL / β 2 GPI complex fixed at the predetermined position on the test strip, the oxidized LDL / It solved by providing a detection method and a detection kit to be used therein oxidizing LDL / β 2 GPI complex comprising the step of labeling the beta 2 GPI complex.
