titleOfInvention Method for preparing phosphorus-free dendrimer modified with hydrophobic group and its application
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a phosphorus-free dendrimer modified with a hydrophobic group. SOLUTION: The steps include (1) preparation of m + 0.5 generation PAMAM, (2) preparation of m + 1 generation PAMAM, and (3) preparation of m + 1 generation PAMAM modified with a hydrophobic group. A method for preparing a PAMAM dendrimer, in which a benzene ring is introduced at the end of the PAMAM dendrimer using a benzoaldehyde compound as a capping agent so that the formed surface chemical layer has good hydrophobicity and steric hindrance. (Here, m = 0,1,2,3.) [Selection diagram] None
