titleOfInvention | Acrylic rubber veil with excellent storage stability and water resistance |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic rubber veil having excellent storage stability and water resistance, a method for producing the same, a rubber mixture and the method for producing the same, and a crosslinked rubber product thereof. The acrylic rubber veil according to the present invention has an ash content of 0.2% by weight or less, a total amount of sodium and sulfur in the ash content of 30% by weight or more, and a weight ratio of sodium and sulfur within a specific range. Yes, it has excellent storage stability and water resistance. This acrylic rubber veil has an emulsion polymerization step of emulsion polymerization of a monomer component containing a (meth) acrylic acid ester and a reactive group-containing monomer using a sulfuric acid-based emulsifier, and a coagulation of the obtained emulsion polymerization solution. A solidification step of producing a hydrous crumb by contacting with an aqueous agent solution, a cleaning step of cleaning the hydrous crumb, and dehydration and drying of the washed hydrous crumb under specific conditions with a specific screw type extruder to form a sheet-like dry rubber. It can be manufactured through a dehydration / drying / molding step of extruding and a bale step of laminating and bale the sheet-shaped dried rubber. [Selection diagram] None |
