abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soup stock producing apparatus capable of producing a fragrant soup stock in a short time while sufficiently feeling the taste of the material. SOLUTION: A soup stock making apparatus 10 has a first container portion 30 provided with a pressurizing means 36 in which hot water is housed inside and the hot water inside is ejected from a spout in a pressurized state, and one end in the axial direction is first. When the soup stock is extracted by being connected to the spout of one container portion 30, both ends in the axial direction are closed by the plate-shaped bottom portion 42 and the ceiling portion 78 in which a plurality of holes are bored, and the soup stock is in the form of powder. The soup stock that is extracted by connecting the filter unit 40 in which the extraction raw material is housed to the other end in the axial direction of the filter unit 40 and filtering the hot water ejected from the first container unit 30 by the filter unit 40.
