abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous emulsion paint containing a high-luminance water-resistant phosphorescent pigment. SOLUTION: a) 20 to 30% by weight of an aqueous emulsion resin, b) 35 to 55% by weight of an acid/phosphate-treated water-resistant phosphorescent pigment having a particle size of 50 to 150 μm, and c) a cellulose-based additive. Viscosity agent 0.05 to 0.3% by weight, d) Polyacrylic acid type viscosity agent 0.2 to 0.6% by weight, e) Urethane type viscosity agent 0.4 to 0.7% by weight, f) 0.5 to 1.5% by weight of at least one auxiliary agent selected from the group consisting of defoaming agents, film forming aids, preservatives and antifreezing agents, and g) water in an amount that makes the total amount 100%. And the viscosity of the coating material (JIS K 5600-2-3:1999 is applied mutatis mutandis) measured using a B-type rotational viscometer (BM type) is 900 to 3000 mPa·s. [Selection diagram] None
