titleOfInvention | Prepreg, prepreg tape, fiber-reinforced composite material manufacturing method, and coating apparatus |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing a prepreg in which a matrix resin is applied to a reinforcing fiber sheet, which enables continuous running without clogging of fluff generated even when the running speed is high, and allows the reinforcing fiber sheet to be efficiently impregnated with the matrix resin. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a prepreg capable of producing a reinforced fiber sheet (1a) substantially vertically downward in a coating section (20) in which a matrix resin (2) is stored. Of the prepreg (1c) that passes the matrix resin (2) and applies it to the reinforcing fiber sheet (1a), and then applies the resin film (3) to the primary prepreg (1b) pulled out from the application part (20). In the manufacturing method, the coating section (20) includes a liquid pool portion and a narrowed portion that are in communication with each other, and the liquid pool portion extends along the running direction of the reinforcing fiber sheet. The present invention is directed to a method of manufacturing a prepreg, which has a portion whose cross-sectional area continuously decreases, the narrowed portion has a slit-shaped cross-section, and has a cross-sectional area smaller than the upper surface of the liquid pool portion. . |
