A lithium composite metal oxide powder satisfying the following requirements (1) and (2). Requirement (1): In powder X-ray diffraction measurement using CuKα rays, the half-value width A of the diffraction peak in the range of 2θ = 64.5 ± 1 ° and the diffraction in the range of 2θ = 44.4 ± 1 ° The ratio (A / B) with the half width B of the peak is 1.39 or more and 1.75 or less.
