abstract An object of the present invention is a simple structure and light weight, and the arm, knee, waist, and back of a single body or both bodies desired to be assisted even if the left and right are operated similarly or separately. Even if it is used over a period of time, it does not increase fatigue and can be easily adjusted to the posture to be taken, and provides an easy-to-wear motion assistance work gown. SOLUTION: A motion assisting work clothes 1 is supported by a left arm and an arm supporting portion 11 of a right arm and connected so as to be liftable, and extends over the left and right shoulders respectively to the back, and at least a part thereof is an elastic body 10a. It is connected to the band 10 and the tread 31 for stepping on and supporting the left foot of the left leg and the right foot of the right leg at the bottom of the foot and extends to the back via the waist and at least a part is the elastic body 30a.
